1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Top1.ng website — including browsing, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on Top1.ng. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts for any reason — including to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or access services in an unauthorised manner — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name , date of birth, and a valid contact method. Top1 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. This is a standard security measure designed to protect both you and the platform.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — private and secure. Do not share your account access with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Top1.ng is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Top1.ng are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support a range of local payment methods suited to Filipino players, including Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and any pending verification requirements on your account.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and will be communicated during the transaction process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered under your own name.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on Top1.ng — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of Top1.ng or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on Top1.ng without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8 Privacy and Data

• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A player is found to be ineligible based on age or location requirements.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided no outstanding violations are under investigation.
